Data we process
When you contact us via WhatsApp, phone or email, we process your name, contact details, address for the appointment and information about your device – only to answer your request and carry out the repair.
Website
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising tools. The hosting provider stores technically necessary server logs (e.g. IP address, time of access). Hosting: Netlify, Inc., San Francisco (USA).
If you contact us via WhatsApp, data is also processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), partly outside Switzerland. If you prefer not to, please contact us by phone or email.
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the job. Accounting records are kept for 10 years as required by law.
Your rights
You can request information about your data and ask for correction or deletion at any time. Just send us an email.

Send a photo and your phone model via WhatsApp – you’ll get a fixed price within 30 minutes.
WhatsApp is best – I reply faster there and questions are sorted out quickly. On the phone I speak Ukrainian, Russian and some Standard German. Writing is best – via WhatsApp or email in German, Ukrainian, Russian or English.
