Hello! I’m Yaroslav Nilskiy and I live in Frutigen. With Niesen Handyservice I repair smartphones – I pick them up from you and bring them back repaired, or you send them by post.

It matters to me that you know the price beforehand and can see what was done. That’s why I offer fixed prices, photos before and after the repair and a 6-month warranty.

The name comes from the Niesen – the local mountain between the Frutigland and Lake Thun, right in the region I serve.

On the phone I speak Ukrainian, Russian and some Standard German. Writing is best – via WhatsApp or email in German, Ukrainian, Russian or English. WhatsApp is best – I reply faster there and questions are sorted out quickly.
